Working with Site Plus Media is simple, transparent, and designed to get you results with zero surprises. Here’s how it works from first call to final delivery.

Talking on the Phone

1. Discovery & Booking

Initial Consultation:
We start with a friendly phone call or video chat. We’ll talk about your business, your goals, and which package fits best.

Proposal & Deposit:
You receive a clear, written proposal. Once you’re ready to move forward, you sign your agreement and pay the 50% deposit to reserve your spot on our schedule.
 

2. Scheduling & Prep

  • Easy Scheduling: We’ll work together to lock in a shoot date and time that works for you—mornings, afternoons, weekends, whatever fits your business best.
  • Prep Checklist Delivered: You get a detailed prep guide with:
    • Tips for tidying up your space (inside & out)
    • What to wear (solid colors, branded shirts, avoid busy patterns)
    • How to prep vehicles, equipment, or projects you want featured
    • Notifying your team so everyone’s ready
    • Gathering any props, products, or tools you want in the spotlight
    • Making a quick list of “must-have” shots or messages
  • Walk-Through Call: We offer a quick call a day or two before the shoot to answer last-minute questions and review your checklist together.

​3. On-Site Production

  • Arrival & Setup: We arrive on time with pro equipment. First, a quick walk-through of your location(s) to plan the best angles and lighting.
  • Team Brief: We introduce ourselves to your team, explain the shooting plan, and help everyone feel comfortable on camera.
  • The Shoot: We capture:
    • Your team in action (working, meeting, helping customers)
    • Your workspace, vehicles, or equipment (clean and ready)
    • Before-and-after shots (for services like landscaping or construction)
    • Any special requests or signature services
    • Business signage and branding
    • Group photos, candid shots, and individual headshots as needed
  • Interview & Soundbites (if included): We can record short interviews with owners or staff, or testimonials from clients, if you’d like.
  • Review & Wrap: Before leaving, we check the shot list with you and show a few previews to make sure you’re thrilled.

4. Editing & Production

Editing:
Back at our studio, we carefully edit your photos and craft your promo videos with cinematic quality and attention to detail.
Previews & Revisions:
You receive watermarked previews to review. Each package includes a set number of revision rounds—just let us know what tweaks you want.

5. Website & Digital Setup

Web Design:
If your package includes a website, we build it to match your brand, with all your new photos and videos front and center.
Digital Presence:
We set up your business on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and any other relevant platforms included in your bundle.
Review & Launch:
You approve everything before it goes live. We don’t launch until you’re 100% happy.

6. Final Delivery
&
Ongoing Support

Final Files:
Once the remaining balance is paid, you get full-resolution photos, video files, and all website credentials.
Launch:
Your website and social pages go live, and your business is ready to shine online.
Ongoing Support:
If your package includes support, we’re here for updates, tweaks, and advice. Hosting, maintenance, and email are handled—all you do is watch your business grow.
